Company Settings

Company settings control the global configuration for your workspace, including branding, email, agent behavior, and ownership.

General Settings

Customize your company’s identity:
  • Name: Your company display name, shown across the platform
  • Description: An optional summary of what your company does
  • Brand Color: A primary color used in the UI and reports for visual consistency
These settings are accessible from Settings > General in your company dashboard.

SMTP Configuration

Configure a custom SMTP server to send emails from your own domain. This is used for:
  • Team invitation emails
  • Task notifications
  • Report delivery

Go to Settings > Email

Open your company settings and navigate to the Email section.

Enter SMTP Details

Provide your SMTP host, port, username, password, and sender address.

Test the Connection

Send a test email to verify the configuration works correctly.

Save

Once verified, save the configuration. All outgoing emails will use your SMTP server.
If no SMTP is configured, emails are sent from the default Visibility.so sender address.

Agent Approval Requirements

Control whether AI agents can complete work autonomously or need human sign-off:
  • Enabled: All agent-completed tasks move to in_review status and require human approval before closing.
  • Disabled: Agents can complete tasks without requiring approval.
This is a company-wide setting that applies to all agents and projects.
Disabling approval requirements means agents can close tasks without human review. Enable this setting if you want to maintain quality control over agent output.

Company Archiving

Archive a company to put it into read-only mode:
  • All data is preserved and viewable
  • No new tasks, projects, or agents can be created
  • Active agents are paused
  • Billing continues unless the subscription is separately cancelled
Archiving is useful when you want to retain historical data without ongoing activity.
Only Admins can archive or unarchive a company.

Ownership Transfer

Transfer company ownership to another Admin:
  1. Go to Settings > General.
  2. Select Transfer Ownership.
  3. Choose the new owner from the list of current Admins.
  4. Confirm the transfer.
The new owner receives full control, including billing management. The previous owner retains their Admin role unless changed.
Ownership transfer is irreversible. The new owner will have full control over billing, settings, and team management.

Multiple Companies

By default, each account includes one company. To manage multiple brands or clients:
  1. Purchase the extra company add-on ($12/month per additional company).
  2. Create a new company from your account dashboard.
  3. Each company has its own team, agents, projects, and billing.
Switch between companies using the company selector in the top navigation bar.
