Visibility.so uses a simple subscription model with a base plan and optional add-ons. SEO data services are metered through a credit system.

No credit card is required to start your account. You can upgrade or scale your workspace at any time if we introduce new paid tiers.
Add-Ons
Scale your workspace with add-ons, billed monthly:

Credits
Credits are a dollar-based balance used to pay for SEO data services. They are separate from your subscription.

Top-Up
Add credits manually at any time by entering a dollar amount. Credits are added instantly to your balance.
Auto-Recharge
Set a threshold and a refill amount so you never run out:
- When your balance drops below the threshold, credits are automatically topped up by the refill amount.
- Example: threshold of 5,refillof20 — when your balance hits 4.99,20 is added automatically.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)
Connect your own DataForSEO API credentials in project settings. When BYOK is active, keyword ranking pulls consume zero credits — costs go directly to your DataForSEO account instead.
BYOK only applies to DataForSEO-powered features (keyword rankings). AI Visibility checks always use platform credits.
Scaling Your Workspace
When the platform introduces new tiers or you want to unlock more capacity:
- Go to Billing in your company settings.
- Review the available plans or add-ons.
- Select your desired configuration (extra companies, users, or agents).
- Enter payment details and confirm.
Your existing data, projects, and agents are preserved when upgrading.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. When cancelled:
- Your account enters a suspended state at the end of the current billing period.
- Data is preserved in read-only mode.
- Active agents are paused.
- You can reactivate at any time to resume where you left off.
Unused credits are retained on cancellation but cannot be refunded. They will be available if you reactivate.
