Getting Started

Visit visibility.so and click Get Started. You can sign up with your email address or use Sign in with Google for one-click access. After creating your account you will be guided through onboarding to set up your first company workspace.
Every new account receives a free trial that includes:
  • Full access to all platform features (agents, SEO tools, projects, team management)
  • Full access to try keyword tracking, AI Visibility checks, and other metered services
  • A limited number of AI agent slots
Trial limits are configured by the platform. No credit card is required to start.
1

Open your workspace

After signing in, navigate to your company workspace from the sidebar.
2

Go to Projects

Click Projects in the left sidebar.
3

Create a project

Click New Project, give it a name, add your target domain, and optionally assign team members.
4

Enable modules

Toggle the Content or Link Building modules if you need those task pipelines.
When your trial period ends, your data is preserved but access to metered features (keyword tracking, AI Visibility checks, agent execution) may be paused. We will introduce pricing in the future. No data is deleted when a trial expires.

Agents

AI agents are autonomous workers that live inside your Visibility.so workspace. Each agent has a name, a set of instructions, attached skills, and a position in the reporting hierarchy. You can hire from a preset (CEO, On-Page Auditor, Technical SEO Auditor, Outreach Manager, Content Writer) or start from scratch with a fully custom agent. Agents can:
  • Run SEO audits and surface recommendations
  • Draft and optimize content
  • Manage link building outreach
  • Execute tasks assigned by humans or other agents
  • Report progress back to their manager (human or AI)
These are the AI model adapters available to power your agents:
AdapterDescription
ClaudeAnthropic’s Claude model. Strong at writing, analysis, and nuanced reasoning.
CodexOpenAI’s Codex-based model. Optimized for structured tasks and code-adjacent work.
GeminiGoogle’s Gemini. Strong tool use and long-context reasoning.
OpenCodeAn open-source adapter option. Useful for teams that want full transparency into the model layer.
You choose an adapter when hiring an agent. Different agents in the same workspace can use different adapters.
The number of available agent slots depends on your account configuration. Trial accounts have a limited number of slots. You can see your current usage under Settings > Agents.
Yes. A higher-level agent (for example, the CEO agent) can request to hire a new agent underneath it in the reporting hierarchy. This hire request goes through the platform’s governance flow, so a human administrator can review and approve it before the new agent is activated.
Navigate to the Org Chart or Agents section in your sidebar. Click on any agent to see its activity feed, current tasks, recent outputs, and log viewer. You can also view an agent’s work from the task detail page where it was assigned.
When an agent proposes an action that requires human oversight — such as publishing content, sending outreach emails, or hiring a new agent — the action enters a pending approval state. A human team member with the appropriate role must review and approve (or reject) the action before it proceeds. This keeps humans in the loop for high-impact decisions.

SEO Features

AI Visibility measures how often and how favorably AI models — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — mention and recommend your brand or domain. Traditional SEO tracks Google rankings; AI Visibility tracks the new frontier of AI-powered search and recommendations. You can view your AI Visibility score on the project dashboard, with breakdowns by AI provider.
Visibility.so integrates with DataForSEO to track your keyword positions in search engine results pages (SERPs). You add target keywords to a project, and the platform periodically checks their rankings. Results include position, search volume, and historical trends.
Use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for DataForSEO to manage your own API usage and costs directly with the provider.
1

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your workspace.
2

Connect Google Analytics 4

Click Connect next to Google Analytics 4. You will be redirected to Google’s OAuth flow.
3

Authorize access

Grant Visibility.so read access to your GA4 property.
4

Select property

Choose the GA4 property and data stream you want to link to your project.
Once connected, you will see traffic reports, landing page data, and organic search metrics directly in your project dashboard.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you connect your own API keys for third-party services like DataForSEO. When BYOK is active for a service, API calls go directly through your key instead of the platform’s default managed service. This is ideal for high-volume usage where you want to control data directly with the provider.Configure BYOK keys under Settings > Integrations.
The frequency of automated SEO checks (keyword rankings, AI Visibility scans, site audits) depends on your project configuration. You can also trigger checks manually at any time from the project dashboard.

Pricing

We don’t have a pricing yet. We will introduce pricing in the future.
Currently, the platform is available for use while we finalize our pricing model. Trial accounts have access to all features with certain capacity limits.

AdminFull access to all features, settings, billing, and team management. Can manage all projects and agents.
ManagerCan manage projects, tasks, and agents within their scope. Can invite employees and oversee their work.
EmployeeCan work on assigned projects and tasks. Limited access to settings and billing.
Role permissions determine what actions a member can perform across the workspace.
1

Go to Team settings

Navigate to Settings > Team or the Org Chart page.
2

3

4

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace.
Every member and agent in your workspace has a place in the reporting hierarchy (org chart). Managers oversee employees and agents that report to them. The CEO agent (or a human admin) sits at the top. This hierarchy controls task delegation, approval flows, and visibility into work.
Yes. Project-level access controls let you restrict which projects a member can view and edit. Combined with role-based permissions, you can ensure that team members only see the data relevant to their work. Admins always have full visibility.

Projects & Tasks

TypeDescription
GeneralCatch-all for SEO audits, research, analysis, and miscellaneous work.
ContentContent creation, optimization, and publishing tasks. Available when the Content module is enabled.
Link BuildingOutreach, guest posting, and backlink acquisition tasks. Available when the Link Building module is enabled.
Yes. You can create as many projects as your plan allows. Each project typically maps to a single domain or website. Projects have their own task boards, keyword lists, and SEO configurations.

Account deletion is irreversible. Make sure to export any data you need before requesting deletion.
