# Reports

> The short version of how your website is doing, and the Tasks report — what your team and agents got done.

**Reports** shows how your website is doing in plain numbers. The overview gives you the short version; the pages under it go deeper.

## Pick a period

The date picker at the top right sets the period for every report: **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, **Last 90 days**, **Last year**, **Previous month**, or your own dates.

## The overview

| Section | What it tells you |
| - | - |
| **Tasks** | What your team and agents have on the go. |
| **Site strength** | How much Google trusts your website compared with your competitors — its Domain Rating, from 0 to 100. Your row is highlighted. Domain Rating by Ahrefs. |
| **Keyword rankings** | Where you show up when people search Google. See [Keyword rankings](https://docs.visibility.so/keyword-rankings.md). |
| **AI visibility** | How often AI assistants name you: **Visibility by assistant**, **By topic**, and **Who AI names most** across every answer. See [AI visibility](https://docs.visibility.so/ai-visibility.md). |
| **Traffic from Google** | What Google Search sent your way. See [Organic traffic](https://docs.visibility.so/organic-traffic.md). |

## The Tasks report

**Reports › Tasks** shows what got done in the period:

* **How much is done** — tasks finished, in progress and unassigned, and the typical time to finish.
* **Finished vs added, each week** — are you clearing work faster than it comes in?
* **Where tasks stand** — every task, by its current status.
* **Who hands work to whom** — how work moves between the SEO Manager, the specialists and your team.
* **Tasks per contributor** — who did what, and the top performer.

## Before the trial starts
